Bio: Fabiana Luri Dias Doi Reguero is currently responsible for AMAGGI's Sustainability department. With a law degree, an MBA in Law and Environmental Management, and an extension in Responsible Management for Sustainability from Fundação Dom Cabral and in Strategic Innovation from Insper, she joined the company in January 2010 and currently serves as Head of Sustainability. In this position, Fabiana is responsible for AMAGGI's ESG commitments and goals in Brazil and internationally, covering, among others, the following topics: i) traceability and combating deforestation, ii) decarbonization, NetZero, and regenerative agriculture, iii) protecting human rights, iv) sustainable finance, and v) sustainable business. Furthermore, she is responsible for maintaining the company's position as one of the world's leading producers of socio-environmentally certified soybeans according to internationally recognized standards. Along with her team, she has also contributed to AMAGGI achieving important recognitions, such as one of the highest scores in the CDP Florestas (Center for Forestry and Agricultural Production) rankings, as well as a global leader in the Forest 500 ranking. Fabiana is co-leader of the Deforestation Forum of the Brazil, Climate, Forests, and Agriculture Coalition and of the Agrifood System Thematic Chamber of CEBDS (Brazilian Institute of Agriculture and Livestock Development). She represents AMAGGI at the PCI Institute (Produce, Conserve, and Include Strategy of the State of Mato Grosso), of which the company is a founding member. Furthermore, Fabiana serves on the RTRS (Round Table on Responsible Soy) Board and on AMAGGI's Innovation and ESG Committee.

Bio: Felipe Albuquerque is a seasoned executive with a degree in agronomy from the University of São Paulo - ESALQ/USP, complemented by an MBA with a focus on ESG from Ibmec. With over 15 years of experience in agribusiness, he has extensive knowledge of sugarcane and soybean crops, as well as in-depth knowledge of the primary agricultural sector in Brazil and the region. During his tenure at Bayer, Felipe led several business strategies in Brazil and Latin America. He currently leads the sustainability area for Latin America, promoting carbon-based business models and regenerative agriculture. His current role involves driving Bayer Brazil's efforts on climate change in preparation for COP 30.

Bio: Pedro Villela is a sociologist with a degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (Uerj) (2005), a master's degree in Public Health from the Institute of Social Medicine at Uerj (2008), and a master's degree in Health, Population, and Social Policies from the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, France, and Linköpings Universitet, Sweden (2009). He holds an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) (2020) and is a doctoral candidate in Social and Environmental Law and Sustainability at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR) (2023-). He has worked at Eletrobras since, always in the area of Social Responsibility, which he has led since 2020. He led the Working Group on Human Rights for the Electricity and Energy Sector of the UN Global Compact in Brazil.

He has over 30 years of experience in Brazilian agribusiness in the areas of agricultural market intelligence and analysis, strategic planning, investments, and training. Member of the Superior Council of Agribusiness (COSAG-FIESP) and of the Thematic Chambers of Sustainable Agrocarbon and Agricultural Risk Management. Advisor to the Brazilian Rural Marketing Association (ABMRA).

Bio: Maria Cecilia Fiordoliva Ferronato is a biologist with a master's degree in Biodiversity and Conservation of Fragmented Habitats from the State University of Londrina (UEL). She has over 15 years of experience in the environmental field, with extensive experience in the development and management of initiatives focused on biodiversity conservation, ecological restoration, and nature-based solutions. She is currently a partner and project manager at ECCON Soluções Ambientais, where she leads and integrates initiatives in Environmental Licensing, Ecological Restoration, Payment for Environmental Services (PES), and carbon (REDD and ARR), combining technical expertise, strategic management, and a commitment to sustainability and good environmental practices.

Bio: Ana Carolina Carregaro is the Director of Public Affairs at Nestlé Brazil, playing a strategic role in connecting the company with the public and private sectors. With a solid academic background—a law degree from the Catholic University of Santos, a master's degree in Latin American Integration from the University of São Paulo (USP), and a certification in Global Advocacy from George Washington University—the executive has built a career marked by work in public policy, sustainability, and institutional relations.
At Nestlé, Ana Carolina leads initiatives focused on sustainability and innovation, representing the company at prominent events such as the Climate Conferences. She attended COP27 and COP28, participating in discussions on decarbonization in the food sector. She represented Nestlé at UN headquarters in 2024 to present advances in the transformation of food systems at the Ambition 2030 session. She also participated in the Brazil Global Summit 2025, discussing the impact of technology on the food industry and the paths toward a more sustainable system.

Bio: Jakeline Pereira is a Forestry Engineer specializing in Tropical Forest Management and Conservation and Biodiversity, with an MBA in Project Management and a Master's degree in Protected Area Management in the Amazon. With 21 years of experience in socio-environmental projects, her focus is on protected area management, environmental education, forestry supply chains, and support for traditional peoples and communities. She has worked for institutions such as the Amazonas State Government and Natura Cosméticos. She is the author of the book "Floresta Habitada" (Inhabited Forest), a finalist for the 2015 Jabuti Prize. She is currently the Director of the Protected Areas Program at the Amazon Institute of Man and the Environment (Imazon).
